Three BSC attendees with Nomura Research Institute in Tokyo, Japan and New York City came to Dallas to learn about fee-based planning, after working with brokerage firms and banks back east.
“Since FPA and financial planning have been around for several decades, we felt this would be the right place to learn about how practices have adopted fee-based methods,” explained Takashi Yoshinaga, vice president and senior research analyst with the American branch of NRI. “We’re also interested in CRM, integration and acquisition marketing.”
One of this morning’s sessions covered the new CRM report by FPA and ActiFi. Find the session handout (Maximizing CRM: In-Depth Research on Choosing and Using CRM, with Spenser Segal of ActiFi) here and order the report (free for FPA members) here.
